High load caused degraded performance for our Accounts API, which backs most of our products and services, including, but not limited to, Faithlife.com, Faithlife Proclaim, and Faithlife Sites. We deployed additional hardware which eased the problem around 10 AM.
This week, we are deploying additional hardware to serve as failover to prevent a similar situation in the future.
